Go to device manager -> Sound, Video and Game Controllers and there should be two WH-1000XM3 appliances, choose the one that has 'Hands-free'.

网页A restore point is not really necessary, just remove all the bluetooth drivers for Sony devices, under Device manager, Bluetooth. Then, remove the device from the bluetooth settings and add it again. Then, under Sound settings -> Input -> Choose Headset (WH-1000XM3 Hands-Free AG Audio). My mic works now.
