No, we didn't. We just walked in. Tour times were listed on their website. At the time of this writing, Every Day : 12 pm – 5 pm every hour (First tour at 12 pm last tour at 5 pm)

We just walked in since I found the information about it that morning at our hotel, I think we might've waited 30 minutes since it does begin at the top of the hour. You could always call them the day you might be interested in going since March is a busy tourist season here in FL. Good luck and enjoy...just the aroma itself is worth stopping in.
