In October of 2021, Expanding the Table received approval as its own 501c3. Currently the truck is serving approximately 120 meals per week on Fridays and Saturdays with the goal of expanding to more dates and locations to better serve those in need. Expanding the Table is about so much more than food. The volunteers lovingly serve a nutritious, hot meal, but also look to develop relationships with those in the community we serve. As Expanding the Table gets to know the guests, we learn more about their story, their needs, and work to connect them with numerous other resources within the community.
