While Xbox Game Pass rarely goes a month without getting at least something new that’s worth checking out, it’s certainly had its dry spells in recent years. The back half of January, however, has quietly revealed a surprising number of cool new games hitting the Netflix-like subscription service,

Xbox Game Pass subscribers are normally given a heads-up on what games are coming to the service each month. There are typically two waves monthly that add a few games to the collection. We recently had the announcement for January’s second wave, and now we might have an early look at a couple of games coming to the subscription service next month.

Resistance for free this month, which arrives on the platform on its release date of 30025. There's a big selection of other games also being added to Game Pass in January, with some already available today.
