Oilstainlab has announced the debut of its HF-11, a limited-edition vehicle described as a “socially irresponsible.” The HF-11 promises 650 hp, a featherweight 2,000-pound frame and a 12,000 rpm redline.

The proposed machine promises swappable 650-hp internal-combustion and 850-hp EV powertrains and a manual transmission.
