But, driverless tractors are a whole other thing entirely. You may not think of John Deere, best known for manufacturing farming and other agricultural equipment when you think of the Consumer Electronics Show.

John Deere is going all in on autonomous tractors. The company, which first introduced a driverless vehicle in 2022, said self-driving machines will revolutionize the field and address labor shortages. It will soon be selling self-driving dump trucks, more driverless tractors, and a robot lawn mower.

John Deere comes to CES 2025 ready to showcase the evolution of autonomy across different verticals. Just a few years removed from the debut of its first autonomous tractor in 2022, visitors to Booth 5016 in the West Hall will see how autonomy is taking four giant steps forward, according to Jahmy Hindman, SVP and CTO, Deere & Company.
