To assemble the wraps, place a selection of the vegetables into the lettuce leaves. Add a couple of chicken slices and then top with the satay sauce, spring onions and chillies to taste.
They’re almost like a mini taco, but with crisp lettuce for a fresh kick ... It’s traditionally not a thick sauce, so you may want to either fold the wraps up and dip them, or drizzle it ...
For the wraps ... Fill the lettuce leaves with spoonfuls of the carrot mixture. Top each leaf with a slice of steak and serve with the dipping sauce and lime wedges on the side.
