A Umamaheshwara metal sculpture, which was probably made in the 17th century in the 12th century style, has been found at Taggunje in Ajri village of Kundapura taluk in Udupi district of Karnataka.
David Gatlin found a way to get rid of ants nests and create beautiful art at the same time: he pours 1,400-degree molten aluminum into them. When the metal dries, it creates an intricate sculpture.
