The Wisconsin DNR, one of the organizations whose personnel responded to the crash, is investigating the fatality.

DOOR COUNTY (WLUK) -- A man died from his injuries in a UTV rollover in Door County. Just after 11 a.m. Tuesday morning, the Door County Sheriff's Office learned of a UTV crash on North Stevenson Pier Road and Stevenson Pier Lane.

So far this year, there have been six fatal UTV incidents; four out of those six incidents involved UTVs going through the ice.

Following five water-related deaths across the state due to UTVs or snowmobiles falling through ice, the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources shares reminders on staying safe while on the ice.

DNR wardens have reported six fatal off-highway vehicle incidents this year, with four of them being UTVs that went through ice.
