TYLER, Texas — The second trial for the national president of an outlaw motorcycle gang accused of issuing orders that caused the East Texas motorcyclist’s death continued Wednesday.

MPD investigators believe the same man is responsible for several business robberies across the city since Dec. 13, 2024.
