Ukraine says it hit an oil depot inside Russia that served a strategic air base in the southern Saratov region in what appears to have been a strike with Ukrainian weapons.

Most counties in central Ohio remain under a Level 2 or Level 3 snow emergency as crews work to clear the roads.

The blizzard warning is expected to last from 3 a.m. Sunday to 3 a.m. Monday, according to the National Weather Service.
