A new royal tell-all book is hitting shelves this month, and in an excerpt from Tom Quinn's Yes Ma'am: The Secret Life of Royal Servants, published in the Times Feb. 6, the royal author reveals a story about Prince William that will tug at anyone's heartstrings.

Prince William visited Scotland on Thursday afternoon. The Prince of Wales, who holds the title of The Duke of Rothesay in Scotland, began the day on Thursday with a visit to Angus to see some of the community-led organisations that are helping to tackle rural isolation and loneliness.
