McDonald's is temporarily removing Quarter Pounder hamburgers from restaurants in portions of Oklahoma because of an E. coli outbreak that has sickened at least 49 people nationwide.

An already-expansive recall of frozen waffles and pancake products has been expanded due to potential listeria contamination.

The products were sold at stores including Albertson's, Aldi, Dollar General, Kroger, Publix, Target, Walmart and others.
