Travis Hunter sent shockwaves through the football world during Friday’s Polynesian Bowl, but not for his electrifying play—this time, it was during a celebratory mishap. The reigning Heisman Trophy winner made every NFL team nervous when he ran onto the field to celebrate Oregon five-star receiver Dakorien Moore’s touchdown.

Wednesday was the final day for prospects to declare for the 2025 NFL Draft, so another piece to the puzzle is now known. Tennessee edge rusher James Pearce Jr. was the last notable name to throw his name into the pool,

Following a 75-yard touchdown pass from five-star USC signee Husan Longstreet to five-star Oregon signee Dakorien Moore, Hunter ran onto the field to celebrate with Moore. What seemed to be a routine chest bump turned into a moment that saw Hunter slip with his knee appearing to buckle, while Moore flew over him and fell hard on his back.

There are still plenty of unknowns at this point in the NFL calendar, including multiple teams with head coach, general manager and coordinator openings yet to be filled. Between those soon-to-be hires and the impending roster upheaval that’ll happen in free agency, team needs will fluctuate over the next three months.
