2021年2月27日 · Autophagy is a process that happens within a cell, so wouldn't decrease the amount of skin. This is a myth, party spread by those who have something to profit from it. Skin is paper thin, so what we think is “loose skin” is fat underneath deformed skin. As body fat continues to decrease, the appearance will improve.
